WFRN Radio & StoryArk Digital Marketing is looking for a Bookkeeper!

Location: Elkhart, IN (this is not a remote position)
Hours: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)

About Us:
WFRN Radio and StoryArk Digital Marketing are dedicated to serving our community through impactful broadcasting and digital marketing services. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Work closely with management and CPA to ensure financial goals are met
• Assist in payroll processing and other financial duties as needed
• Adapt to new systems and processes within the radio and digital marketing industries

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new systems relevant to the industry
