INDIANAPOLIS-- The debate over an Arlington High School loss to Bloomington South, has turned into an issue about school takeover. Arlingtons Athletic Director says his school, which is now managed by Ed Power after a takeover, lost so badly, because of an Indianapolis Public School Campaign to take students. Wonnell says Arlington enrollment has been diminished from as many as 1500 students, to about 200 now.
