INDIANAPOLIS--Indianapolis residents will soon have to get rid of their gasoline powered vechicles. Mayor Greg Ballard signed an executive order to replace them with electric cars and hybrids by the year 2 thousand 25. Ballard says the switch will save at least 600 thousand dollars a year, but that he's mainly doing it to break the nation's dependence on foreign oil.
