ENGLAND-- It's officially illegal for the Church of England to perform same-sex marriages, even though other religious institutions will be allowed if they wish. The British government says the decision is an effort to decrease concerns of religious leaders.. They are however, planning on legalizing the measure by 20-15 for the main church.
