MISHAWAKA-- It was a messy morning on the roads. Dozens of weather-related accidents were reported late Monday night and new ones today. At least five cars involved in chain-crashes caused dispatchers to close the U.S 20 Bypass from Elm Road to State Road 19 in Elkhart..however, it was reopened by 9 a.m. Officials remind you that roads tend to ice-over quickly on bridges.
