INDIANA-- No more struggling to pay your college loans.. A new payment plan called "Pay As You Earn" allows you to adjust payments according to your income and family size. And if all payments are made on time, the loans can be forgiven after 20 years. "Pay As You Earn" takes effect December 21st.
