Watch out for a smartphone app that targets your kids. The Federal Trading Commission tested 400 of the leading smart phone apps. They discovered that hundreds of popular apps ask for your child's personal data without your consent. The news come as the FTC prepares to vote on new rules to keep companies from tracking your kids on mobile devices.
