NORTH CAROLINA-- North Carolina drivers will probably never get a chance to carry a pro-life message on their car's license plate. A U.S District Judge has ruled that the state cannot sell the plates which read, "Choose Life." He said it's because the state does not offer a pro-choice alternative.
