WASHINGTON, D.C-- The clock is ticking...Lawmakers and the White House have three weeks to reach a deal on the fiscal cliff. On Sunday, House Speaker John Beohner blamed the president for "wasting" another week over the fiscal cliff. He said that if the president was serious, he should go back to them with a counteroffer. However, the President insisted that taxes for the wealthiest Americans will be raised.
