SOUTH BEND-- Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o didn't win the Heisman title, but he did claim the Lott IMPACT Trophy. It recognizes him as the collegiate defensive player having the biggest impact on his team. The other finalists were Arthur Brown of Kansas State, Jarvis Jones of Georgia and Chase Thomas of Stanford.
