ELKHART-- More jobs could be rolling in to Elkhart. The County Council will give a final approval on a tax abatement for Fortress Technologies. The company plans to invest almost 7.2 million dollars over the next seven years to convert the old Pilgrim International Plant along U.S. 20 in Middlebury, into an RV manufacturing plant. The expansion is expected to create 266 jobs.
