INDIANAPOLIS-- NASCAR driver Tony Stewart is declining an invitation to drive a Penske car in the Indianapolis 500 next year. Team Owner Roger Penske made the offer in comments at a NASCAR function in Las Vegas. During the Motorsports Industry Show in Indianapolis, Stewart said he was humbled by the offer but his plate is full right now.
