WALTON-- A Cass County teacher has resigned amid allegations of inappropriate contact with the student. Lewis Cass Jr./Sr. High School teacher David Sims submitted his resignation on Thursday. School officials say the district contacted police, but they decided not to pursue any action based on the evidence presented.
