CALIFORNIA-- Today's the day that the U.S Supreme Court could decide on California's Proposition 8 and the federal Defense of Marriage Act. Proposition 8 is a voter referendum that defined marriage in 2008 as a union between one man and one woman. The decision to exclude same sex couples from the definition was later ruled unconstitutional, so parties hope the high court will bring a resolution.
