CARMEL-- Dozens of Hamilton County businesses are mad at Duke Energy. 118 businesses in the Village of West Clay area of Carmel are upset by Duke‘s plan to shut down power for the bulk of the business day today. A Spokesman of Duke says crews will be replacing a piece of defective equipment.
