COLUMBUS-- Come July, and smoking will no longer be allowed in any businesses within Columbus City limits. The City Council voted Tuesday to approve an ordinance that bans individuals from lighting up. Businesses have until July 1st to comply with the ban after which individuals can get a 50-dollar fine for lighting up.
