INDIANAPOLIS-- Today‘s State School Board meeting could feature a showdown between the state school superintendent and his successor. The board is expected consider new rules on teachers, specifically how those teachers earn a certification or a license. Glenda Ritz, who defeated Tony Bennett in last month‘s election, opposes the change that would allow teachers to be certified without having a degree in education.
