BLOOMINGTON-- It's a controversial plan but officials have given the intial greenlight. The Bloomington City Council recently said it's ok to hunt deer in the city to reduce their population. A deer task force adopted a 200-page document detailing its recommendations for dealing with increasing numbers of urban deer. The council is scheduled to take up the recommendations on Wednesday.
