Obamacare is making its way to Walmart. New part-time employees will no longer be eligible for the company's health insurance. Walmart is joining other companies reducing benefits in light of The Affordable Care Act. Under the new requirements, anyone with income under 133 percent of the federal poverty line will be eligible for Medicaid.
