WASHINGTON-- There's 30 days left for Democrats and Republicans to agree on how to avoid the "fiscal cliff." On Saturday President Barack Obama insisted that a lower rate be offered to those making less than 250 thousand dollars a year. But, the GOP says he's really planning a tax increase double the size and billions of dollars in new stimulus spending.
