NEW CASTLE-- A Pennsylvania couple has been formally charged after five of their kids were found in the back of a box truck in New Castle on Wednesday. A Henry County Prosecutor said David and Rebecca Detzen face felony charges of neglect of a dependent. They'll be in Henry Circuit Court around Noon today.
