MISSIOURI-- It may be a small business it's a big victory. A federal appeals court issued an injunction that temporarily blocks Obama's contraception mandate on a Missouri Company. Frank O'Brien Industries is a Catholic business that employs 87 people. Obamacare would have forced them to pay for health insurance that covers abortificent drugs and contraceptives.
