TEXAS-- A judge has ruled in her favor. A Texas high school student who refused to wear the school's new ID with a tracking chip, will be returning to classes. School officials told Andrea Hernandez that if she didn't wear the ID, she would be removed from the school. Hernandez says she's nto wearing it because it describes what the Bible calls "mark of the beast."
