SOUTH BEND – South Bend's Chase Tower has lost one of its business. The Cellar Door was a restaurant in the basement of the building. Officials say they closed it due to financial reasons, however the city says there's currently an interested buyer. The Cellar Door was run by the Chase Tower, rather than an outside tenant.
