INDIANAPOLIS-- A crash early this morning in a southeast side work zone injured two state highway workers. State police say a semi-tractor trailer crashed into two INDOT vehicles in the southbound lanes of 465, near I-74. Investigators say an Ohio man drove his semi onto closed lanes and crashed into the back of a dump truck.
