SOUTH BEND-- A proposal to expand a convenience store in South Bend, was put on hold Monday. At a meeting held by the South Bend Common Council, owners of Munchie Mart ended up withdrawing the request to re-zone the property. The store was planning to add 9 parking spaces plus gas pumps.
