BENTON HARBOR-- A chance for your voice to be heard. Benton Harbor's Emergency Financial Manager, Joseph Harris, is still considering to close the police department, but he wants to hear your opinion first. Harris has decided to hold public hearings to help determine ways the city's bills can be payed. The hearings will be held over the next few weeks.
