INDIANAPOLIS-- The first six of 29 damaged homes in the Richmond Hill explosion will be torn down on Monday. Indianapolis officials say four others will be inspected later and are likely to be added to the list. The last four are off limits to inspectors for now, because they are evidence in the so-called homicide investigation.
