INDIANAPOLIS-- They've heard the arguments. Now, it‘s up to the State Supreme Court to decide whether Indiana's school voucher program is legal. The justices heard oral arguments on whether the state constitution allows taxpayer money to fund vouchers that pay for religious schools. Chief Justice, Brent Dickson, gave no indication on when they would rule.
