CHICAGO-- A small earthquake rattled Illinois near Mount Carmel, Tuesday night. The U.S Geological Survey says the quake had a magnitude of 3.6. The epicenter was located about six miles northwest of Mount Carmel and about 36 miles northwest of Evansville.
