STATEHOUSE-- The 2013 session of the General Assembly is officially underway. Chief Justice Brent Dickson swore in the 125 newly elected legislators, including 28 freshmen -- 25 in the House and three in the Senate. Republicans will hold walkout-proof majorities in the Senate for the third straight year, and in the House for the first time since 1974.
