INDIANA-- There's hope for Twinkies. At a hearing in New York, a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge questioned the "logic behind the decision to strike" but he also declined to act on the request from Hostess to sell its assets. Instead, he postponed the case until Wednesday, to give the two sides a day to meet with a mediator.
