INDIANAPOLIS-- Twinkie lovers, you can relax. The Associated Press reports that the spongecakes are likely to survive, even though their maker will be sold in bankruptcy court. The AP says companies are interested in bidding for parts of Hostess. The company is laying off 18,500 workers after a union strike caused them to halt production. More than 850 Hoosiers worked for Hostess.
