KOKOMO-- A Howard County insurance agent faces fraud charges for creating false life insurance policies. Officials say 38-year-old Ronald Pierce created the policies in the names of two people without their consent. Authorities believe Pierce created the policies to meet his sales quotas for Farmer‘s Insurance.
