ST. JOSEPH-- You probably heard people testify about a Smoke Out yesterday. The annual Smoke Out focuses on ways to help citizens quit smoking and in St. Joseph county, the Tobacco Free coalition was busy handing out free t-shirts and educational materials for those who want to quit. Organizers were at the College Football Hall of Fame.
