INDIANAPOLIS-- The Indianapolis woman whose home exploded in the Richmond Hill subdivision spoke out for the first time since the tragedy. Monseratte Shirley says she doesn‘t know what caused the blast, but says she and her boyfriend are not to blame. The blast affected more than 80 homes.
