ST. JOSEPH-- Michigan Congressman Fred Upton led a hearing Wednesday on the deadly meningitis outbreak. The country's top medical examiner testified that new laws are need to police large pharmacies. Congress is considering new restrictions on compounding pharmacies that operate between state and federal regulation.
