WASHINGTON-- Southwest Michigan Congressman Fred Upton will lead lawmakers later this morning in their first hearing on the deadly meningitis outbreak. Upton is head of the Subcommittee that's looking into the case. FDA commissioner and co-owner of the Massachusetts pharmacy blamed for spreading the disease will also testity.
