INDIANA-- The Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute has released a new report on local option income taxes in Indiana. The report says the state distributed more than 1-point-5 billion dollars in "L-O-I-T" revenue to 91 counties this year. However, Institute leader John Ketzenberger says the distribution process takes two years from the time the state collects the money and distributes it to the counties.
