PERU-- Timothy Spahr will take his seat as the next Miami County Circuit Court judge at the end of December. Governor Mitch Daniels appointed Spahr last week after his father Robert Spahr passed away in September from cancer. Robert Spahr had taken a leave of absence due to unexplainable weight loss.
