INDIANAPOLIS-- Indianapolis is a finalist in a national competition to create more educational options. The city‘s "Neighborhoods of Education Opportunity" initiative is competing with 19 other communities throughout the country for a 5 million dollar grand prize in the Bloomberg Philanthropies‘ Mayors Challenge. Winners will be announced next spring.
