PERU-- The Peru City Council is considering its next course of action following a study that indicates residential power customers should pay more while larger facilities should pay less. The cost-of-service study commissioner suggests a 3-point-3 percent rate increase for residential users while rates for large facilities like the Miami Correctional Facility were suggested to decrease by 7-point-5 percent.
