FISHERS-- You'll soon hear the words "City of Fishers." The Hamilton County Clerk says that with 198 of 203 precincts reporting last night, voters approved to elevate the town of Fishers to a so-called, "Second Class" city. The move means come 2014, Fishers residents will elect a city mayor.
