NEW YORK-- Hurricane Sandy isn't stopping some New Yorkers from voting. Governor Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order that allows voters to cast ballots at any polling site. Voters just have to sign affidavits to show they're legally registered to vote in the presidential and state races.
