NEW JERSEY-- Residents in northern New Jersey awoke to a small earthquake this morning. The 2.0 quake struck around 1a.m in Ringwood, which is a community that's still dealing with power outages from Sandy. But officials say people will still cast their ballots. They'll just go to different places rather then the usual polls.
