INDIANAPOLIS-- The Massachusetts pharmacy blamed for the fungal meningitis outbreak has agreed to a suspension of it‘s license to do business in Indiana. Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller filed a petition last week to suspend the license of the New England center, so now, the Indiana Board of Pharmacy will vote on the agreement Monday.
