INDIANAPOLIS-- The impact of Hurricane Sandy tallies up to about $40 billion dollars. But according to Indiana economist Robert Guell, that doesnt come close to the damage done by Hurricane Katrina. Guell says its only one week of a 25 week period of that. So, its going to be noticed, but its not going to set off a recession.
