INDIANAPOLIS-- The impact of Hurricane Sandy tallies up to about $40 billion dollars. But according to Indiana economist Robert Guell, that doesn‘t come close to the damage done by Hurricane Katrina. Guell says it‘s only one week of a 25 week period of that. So, it‘s going to be noticed, but it‘s not going to set off a recession.
