STATEHOUSE-- The Indiana Education Department has released the school grades. The report shows that overall, about 29 percent of Indiana schools saw their grades fall at least one grade, while 26 percent of schools moved up at least one grade..43 percent stayed the same. Charter schools had the biggest increases in grades.
