NEW YORK-- The number of people without power along the East Coast is climbing. There are now over 7.4 million in the dark and at least 17 in 7 states have died. The storm even caused backup power to fail in several New York hospitals. Forecasters say the seawater waves reached a record- breaking 13 feet Monday.
