WARSAW-- The owner of an unlicensed childcare business in Warsaw has been charged in the death of an 18-month old boy. Police were called to the home of 43-year old Dana Shell after the boy was found unresponsive, but passed the next day. Shell is being held on a $50,000 dollar bond.
